I recently received a special delivery from Blendid South Africa - the newest smoothie pre-mix craze to hit the market! So quick and easy, all you have to do - literally - is chuck the contents of your Blendid pre-mix into your blender, add milk of your choice, whizz together and off you go! The perfect healthy meal for gals (and guys) on the go! And what a treat it was to give these a whirl (no pun intended haha), simple, utterly delicious, frozen (so you can buy lots at a time) and nutritious! This may just be my new favourite!

This past weekend we hosted our very first Body Love Brunch in collaboration with Krunch SA, and what a fantastic success it was! We really wanted to bring something fresh and fun to Joburg…with a little health flare mixed in there of course. And so Body Love brunch was born: An event aimed at bringing together like-minded individuals looking to improve their health, wellbeing and vitality, by giving them a beautiful space to share their own health journey, aspirations, experiences, and advice with others, and likewise to learn from those they meet. And what better way to do so, then over a nourishing and delicious spread of super healthy food.
