This is a brief share of all the grocery stores, health stores, restaurants and markets that I regularly frequent and deem to be both versatile and health friendly. As with many of my lists, these are not all inclusive and will be regularly updated when I find new and exciting places to recommend.
Grocery Stores
I personally purchase my groceries and produce from all of these stores and am satisfied with the quality of foods available. I recommend purchasing fruit and vegetables from Oakland’s farm supply, Organic Emporium, Food Lovers Market and Fruit and Veg City (Johannesburg) as these retail stores offer local and sustainably farmed options.
