Carob Coconut Oats

This is truly better than Chocolate!!! I absolutely love this combination to spruce up your morning oats.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup water
Pinch salt
3 tbsp. almond milk
1 tbsp. desiccated coconut
1 heaped tsp. carob powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. stevia/xylitol
Toppings
2 tsp. Miracle Seed Mix – by Natures Choice
1 tbsp. flaked almonds
1 tbsp. frozen berries
Instructions
Step 1:
Place water and a pinch of salt in small cooking pot and bring to boil
Add rolled oats, desiccated coconut and almond milk and bring to boil on medium heat
Cook for approximately 7 minutes
Step 2:
Once oats have expanded and thickened, remove from heat
Stir in carob powder, xylitol, cinnamon and vanilla extract
Pour into breakfast bowl
Step 3:
Serve hot and top with miracle seed mix, flaked almonds and frozen berries
