Caralishious Double Thick Salted Caramel Vegan Milkshake

I love finding new ways to use my ice-cream in different recipes, and what better way to enjoy Caralishious guilt-free vegan ice-cream than in an ultra creamy, double-thick decadent milkshake! You can use this recipe base to create your own delicious variations or you can simply blend Caralishious ready to eat ice-cream flavours as is...a milkshake ready in seconds! Yum!

Ingredients

2 cups Caralishious coconut milk ice-cream

½ - 1 cup almond milk – less for a thicker consistency and more for a thinner consistency

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Salted Caramel Flavour

4 large medjool dates – soaked in warm water

1 tbsp. Maca powder

Pinch Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

Step 1:

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. Depending on your preference add more almond milk for a thinner consistency.

Step 2:

Pour into a long glass and top with chopped dates, cacao nibs and desiccated coconut
