Alkalizing Green Juice

Alkalizing green juice is a superb way to flush away toxins from the system and to regulate your body's internal PH. A healthy internal blood PH level is at 7.365, which is slightly alkaline. Regularly hydrating with a green juice that is rich in leafy green vegetables is highly effective in regulating the body's internal balance. So go on, drink up!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
You will Need:
A good quality juicer.
These are quite pricey but well worth it, especially if you are going to be juicing regularly.
1 large glass jar
Ingredients
4 celery sticks
2 small green apples
4 cups of spinach/kale/Swiss Chard
Half a lime
1 small fresh ginger root
Handful of fresh mint
Handful of parsley
Instructions
Add small amounts of each ingredient to your juicer.
For harder tougher ingredients, such as ginger, celery and apple, use yourjuicer on it highest level of power/speed.
For softermore delicate ingredients such as the parsley, coriander, mint and spinachuse a lower power to ensure that the vegetable is thoroughly pressedthrough and maximum liquid is retained.
Consume freshly made or within two days
Store in an airtight glass jar to retain freshness
