Crispy Brussels Sprouts

I absolutely love anything crunchy. If you do too then this is definitely the recipe for you. Allowing Brussels sprouts to cook on high heat in coconut oil creates the most delicious light and crispy texture that is truly scrumptious! Just you wait and see!
Ingredients
2 packets Brussel sprouts
3 small radishes sliced (optional
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sumac (optional)
Instructions
Step 1:
Steam Brussel sprouts in stainless steel steam basket for 7 mins to soften
Step 2
Add coconut oil to large frying pan and allow to melt
Add par-steamed Brussel sprouts, radishes, garlic and remaining spices
Step 3:
Fry for approximately 5 mins until golden brown and crispy on the outside
Serve hot and Enjoy!
