Steamed Asparagus Sears with Lemon-Olive Oil Dressing

The simplicity of this recipe is what truly makes it so delicious. Clean, basic ingredients combined into a light and wholesome dish that is perfect with any protein main dish of your choice
Ingredients
2 punnet asparagus sears
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. crushed garlic
½ freshly squeezed lemon
Himalayan salt
Mixed dried herbs
Instructions
Step 1:
Add a little water to the bottom of a large cooking pot
Place stainless steel steam basket into pot
Add washed asparagus sears
Steam on high heat for 7-10 mins
Step2
Once cooked through, remove asparagus from heat
Place into large bowl
Add olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt, and mixed dried herbs to asparagus
Mix together thoroughly
Serve Hot and Enjoy!
