Homemade Guacamole

Avocado is a staple in my diet and should be in yours too! Avo is loaded with healthy fats, is incredible for supporting healthy supple skin and hair and provides ample sustenance and nourishment for a busy day. That is why guacamole is so ideal to have in your fridge, Simply spread over flax crackers or rye bread and you have a quick and easy meal. Be sure to top with lemon if you are going to be storing it for more than a day to prevent it from browning.


2 ripe avocados

 1 lemon - juiced

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. water

 Pinch of salt

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. dried basil


Remove the avocado flesh from the skin,

Add all ingredients to food processor.

Blend for 2-3 mins until smooth and creamy

Serving Suggestion

Serve with baby carrots, cucumber sticks, celery, or over flax crackers
