This Fat-Loss program is perfect for those of you wanting to commit to achieving fat-loss specifically by combining an initial consultation with 2 follow up sessions/visits at a discounted rate. I refer to “fat-loss” and NOT weight-loss because weight is not a clear indicator of how much body fat you have. You could have two individuals of the same height, one weighing 70kg and the other weighing 55kg but the 55kg individual may have far more body fat than the 70kg individual. Why? Because muscle weighs far more than fat. This program will assist you in kick-starting your metabolism and helping your body to get rid of excess or unwanted body fat. This program is for anyone who is looking to reduce their body fat (whether this be a lot or a little) and to maintain this for the long-term.
The initial consultation allows me to get to know you on all levels, including your past experiences with diets, your relationship with food, your sleeping patterns, eating habits, work-personal life dynamics, exercise, food preferences, challenges and much more. This comprehensive consultation will enable me to make specific recommendations tailored to your personal nutrition, goals by setting a wellness vision and goals for you to work towards.
Follow Up Sessions
Our main focus here is to reassess your current fat loss goals and to discuss your overall progress. You will receive numerous resources from me customised to you depending on your situation. As we go along, you will see that meal planning can be as structured or as flexible as you like – whichever style fits your needs.

The “reservation” will hold your place in Cara’s schedule for wellness coaching. Cara or her team will contact you via email within 48 hours (after you have submitted your information to schedule your appointment with Cara) to send through initial client paperwork.
