Spiced Chai Latte

Warm creamy nourishment infused with the beautiful aromas of India makes for a the most delicious and comforting hot drink...Mmmmm!

Preparation Time: 6 minutes


Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tsp. cinnamon / 1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp. cloves

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 ½ tsp. xylitol/stevia

Instructions

Place all ingredients in small pot on stove

Heat for 3-5 mins until mixture begins to bubble

Stir continuously while boiling

Remove from heat and strain mixture to remove cloves

Remove cinnamon stick (if used)

Pour into long mug and sprinkle with cinnamon


For a quick fix alternative, use 1 teabag My Tea Chai, the Yogi Chai variant and boil in 1 cum almond milk as instructed above.
