Macadamia Cream

A delicious dairy-free cream recipe to use in Thai currie, as a creamer in sauces, as a spread for breads, or topped over healthy pancakes. Mmmmm so good!


3 tbsp. Coconut cream

2 tbsp. Macadamia nut butter (Natures choice)

2 tsp. Cinnamon

2 tsp. Stevia/ Xylitol

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Optional Ingredients

5 crushed walnuts

4 sliced strawberries


Combine all ingredients in small food processor and blend until smooth cream forms.

Serving Suggestion

Top over your favourite healthy bread; add to breakfast oats or chia pudding; use as an icing for healthy cupcakes
